Information we collect

When you run a scan, we process the website address, business name, service, city, and findings. When you request help or purchase an audit, we collect your contact details, business details, consent choices, and order/onboarding information. We use a hashed, time-limited network identifier to limit abuse. Do not submit passwords, private account credentials, payment card details, or sensitive customer information.

How we use it

We use your information to perform the scan, respond to requests, confirm and fulfill orders, send service notifications, handle support and refunds, prevent misuse, and improve the service. An audit waitlist request permits a reply about audit availability; a Foundation inquiry permits a reply about that requested scope. Optional marketing emails require a separate opt-in. You can withdraw that choice through our contact form or by replying to an email.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers. Vercel hosts this site and our private records. Resend delivers transactional emails. We retain provider acceptance and delivery outcomes, including delays, failures, bounces and suppression records, to administer the service. A delivery event confirms receipt by the recipient mail server, not that a person has read the message. For paid audits, our team may use specialist AI visibility tools and the agreed AI/search platforms to test public business details and buyer prompts. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

Optional Vercel Analytics runs only if you allow analytics. A separate, optional advertising-attribution choice permits us to save campaign click identifiers and connect them to a verified purchase. Refusing either choice does not prevent using forms or checkout. We remove private links, query strings, names, email addresses and business details from browser analytics. Consent-qualified campaign data is kept with a paid order for attribution and conversion reconciliation; Optional business details supplied before checkout remain in private temporary records; after confirmed payment they are copied into the paid order and returned only to its authorized onboarding journey for customer confirmation. Temporary checkout records expire after 30 days. We use browser storage to remember that preference and a secure, HTTP-only cookie for operator authentication. We do not include customer payment, onboarding, report or engagement pages in analytics. To change your analytics choice, use the button below or clear this site’s browser storage.

Storage and retention

Customer records are stored in a private, server-accessed store. Unattached scan results are deleted after 30 days, lead records after 180 days, and short-lived abuse controls after two days. Paid order and fulfillment records are retained as needed to deliver the service, manage disputes, and meet applicable accounting obligations. Reports remain private, with order-specific download links that expire after seven days. Service notification contents are removed from the pending queue after provider acceptance; provider delivery records may follow their own retention policies.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, corrections, deletion, or marketing withdrawal through our support form or albertsroadservice@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Some records may need to be kept for payment, accounting, dispute, or other legal requirements.

Security and international processing

We restrict access to customer records and use encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Children and changes

This is a business service, not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy and will show the new effective date here. Contact us with any privacy questions before submitting information.
