The free readiness scan

The free scan checks a limited set of technical signals on one public page, robots.txt, and a sitemap. It is an automated snapshot with possible false positives or missing information. It does not test live AI recommendations, certify indexing, crawl a whole site, or measure an AI ranking. Only scan public websites you own or are authorized to assess.

Booking availability

While audit sales are closed, joining the waitlist takes no payment and does not reserve a delivery date. We will contact you about availability only with your request consent. Availability does not enroll you in any recurring service.

The $297 recommendation audit

The audit is a one-time, $297 USD service for one business and one primary service market. The default scope is 20 buyer prompts across ChatGPT Search, Google AI Mode, and Gemini: 60 baseline observations and 30 repeated observations planned. Five representative questions are repeated twice more on each platform. Baseline coverage and repeated-answer stability are reported separately; unavailable results remain unavailable. We confirm the prompts, locations, and three surfaces with you before research begins. Any platform substitution requires your agreement. The deliverable includes timestamped response evidence, observed mentions, competitor and cited-source analysis, factual errors observed during testing, five priorities with evidence, owner, effort, dependency and completion condition, at least one useful draft or patch where appropriate, and a short recorded walkthrough.

Prepared drafts or patches are supplied for your approval and application; installation is not included in the standalone audit. You may share them with your existing agency or internal team. Delivery is within five business days after complete onboarding and scope confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Missing details or changes you request may move the delivery date; we will agree on any extension with you.

Implementation and recurring services

Visibility Foundation starts at $1,497 setup plus $697 per month for one business and market. We confirm a written scope, monthly deliverables, exclusions, start date, and cancellation terms before you purchase. Setup includes agreed technical corrections, business-information cleanup, two service-page improvements and baseline measurement. Monthly service includes a comparable visibility check, one substantive page improvement, one agreed profile or technical improvement, and a report of completed work. A $297 audit credit is applied to setup when Foundation is purchased within 30 days of the audit payment, reducing remaining setup to $1,200. The credit does not apply to monthly fees. It is not automatically added to an audit order. Custom development, extra locations or markets, paid placements, directory fees, and third-party subscriptions require a separate quote. Recurring service requires separate consent and purchase after written scope acceptance. It renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel through the engagement link or support before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already earned for completed work are not automatically refunded. You keep the approved work already completed.

Payments and refunds

Stripe securely processes payments. Your audit begins after payment is confirmed and onboarding is complete. Request a full audit refund before research starts. If we cannot fulfill the agreed scope, or miss the agreed delivery date without an extension you accept, you may request a refund for undelivered work. Once an audit has been delivered to the agreed scope, dissatisfaction with an AI result or lack of a recommendation alone is not grounds for a refund.

Send refund or billing requests through our support form. Include the purchaser email and order reference. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

What results mean

AI responses vary with prompts, time, model, location, and personalization. An audit records observed responses under documented conditions. We do not guarantee recommendations, rankings, citations, lead volume, or revenue. Structured data and crawler access may support discoverability but do not guarantee appearance. We are independent and are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or other AI/search platforms.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business details and permission to assess the public website. Do not send sensitive personal data or account passwords. You are responsible for approving changes to your website or profiles and for ensuring any facts, credentials, reviews, or claims you publish are accurate.

Reports and acceptable use

You may use your delivered report within your business and share it with your advisors or agency. Reports are confidential to your engagement. Do not use this service to access private systems, overload websites, fabricate reviews or credentials, impersonate businesses, or make misleading ranking claims.

Limitations and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
